About The Princeton Club Biggest Loser Contest

Welcome to the Inaugural Princeton Club Biggest Loser Contest. The goal of this “contest” is to provide the contestants with the drive and motivation for optimal weight loss. With the help of the Princeton Club Personal Trainers, the contestants will have 12 weeks to lose a “healthy” amount of weight. This weight loss along with developing a new and healthy lifestyle will help transform your body and guide you to being healthy and physically fit.

The initial weigh-in, before picture, and goal setting meeting will be January 29th at your respective clubs. Also at this time we will go over the rules of the contest and answer any questions you may have.

To do well in this contest you must:
1. Commit the necessary time to reach your goal. Not only for the workouts, but outside the club as well.
2. Attend all classes, meetings, weigh-ins, etc.
3. Commit to your food journals. Make the decision to eat healthy, not just for the contest, but for life.
4. Set realistic goals, both short and long term. The trainers are here to help you in setting goals that are within your reach.
5. Listen to your trainer. They have the education and experience to help you not only do well in this contest, but to help you develop a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.
6. Be honest with yourself. Are you doing everything you can to succeed?
7. Develop a support group - family, friends, etc. Share your goals with them so they can help you succeed.
Thank you for participating in the Princeton Club Biggest Loser Contest and GOOD LUCK!!!

My trainer has helped me to achieve tremendous progress towards my goals through hard work and effort but in fun and focused sessions.
