Kim Reistad- Fitness Director, Princeton Club West
Kim Reistad is our Fitness Director; she graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. Since graduating, She has continued her pursuit of knowledge by becoming a licensed massage therapist, obtaining USA Triathlon and USA Cycling coaching certifications, and is an Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Kim’s athletic achievements span many sports, giving her a broad range of experience to draw upon when working with clients. Kim ran NCAA cross country and track while at the University of Tampa and also began competing in triathlons. Kim continues to compete as a triathlete, and recently finished Ironman Wisconsin. She has raced for the Timex Multisport Team and on the NTTC/Sports Beans Professional Triathlon Team. Kim has competed in triathlon World Championships multiple times, and has been All-American and Honorable Mention for USA Triathlon.
Kim has been seen around the club coaching Master’s Swim, Biggest Loser, and variety of clients. When she is not training people or training herself she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog on adventures, and gardening.
Priscilla Peterson- TRX Dept Head and Director of Corporate Fitness and Wellness Programs, Princeton Club West
Priscilla is a Certified Fitness Professional who began her career in the fitness industry in 1996 as a Group Fitness Instructor. Specializing in athletic conditioning, functional training, core strength and balance technique, Priscilla has worked with various groups and athletes ranging from youth to ‘boomers’. She has had the opportunity to work in Arizona, Utah, Alaska and Wisconsin; while in Alaska, her work involved designing weight management and fitness programs for both military and civilians to achieve their overall fitness goals, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
While Priscilla strives to bring out the strength, endurance and personal best in each individual, her passion not only lies in watching her students and clients obtain clear results, but, when the client or student themselves realize their progression, development and visible results.
Priscilla has been with Princeton Club West since February 2001 working in Group Fitness teaching classes such as Boot CAMP, Power Stretch and Spinning. Currently, she is the Director of the TRX Department (Total Body Resistance Exercise)/Specialized Small Group Training, Director of Corporate Fitness and Wellness Programs for our surrounding community, and working in the Princeton Club West’s Membership Sales Department.
Priscilla is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness Instructor and trainer, and holds other certifications in TRX, Spinning, Boot CAMP programs, Mat Science-levels I and II and Kickboxing. She has studied youth, senior & prenatal fitness, and small group strength, resistance and interval training.
Heather Feldhusen – Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West
Heather Feldhusen has a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Health Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has an interest/background in rehabilitation and research. While at the University of Michigan, Heather worked in the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) on projects such as treadmill training on infants with Down Syndrome, adults with Parkinson’s Disease, and tested pneumatic braces for people with paralysis. Heather enjoys participating in a number of sports including, but not limited to, basketball, swimming, volleyball, and triathlons. She completed her first Ironman distance triathlon in 2006. Heather has been a Personal Trainer with the Princeton Club for over 8 years.
Josh Hinze – Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West
Josh Hinze has a BS in Health Promotion and Wellness with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. He is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Josh completed an internship at D! Sports Training in Nashville, Tennessee as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where he worked with professional football players as well as elite athletes of all ages. His love of fitness and strength training developed through high school football, and college wrestling. Josh enjoys spending his free time coaching wrestling, playing pool, and being outdoors hunting and boating. Additionally he is a die-hard Wisconsin sports fan.
Corey Digman- Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West
Corey Digman has a BS in Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. While at Platteville, Corey competed on the Track and Field team as an indoor/outdoor shot put, weight throw (All-American), outdoor hammer and discus thrower. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Competition is what keeps Corey involved and passionate about overall wellness. Corey enjoys spending his free time playing basketball and golf. You may recognize Corey around the club instructing “I Survived the Tire” or working with the youth summer program with Kids Junction. His wide spectrum of knowledge, enthusiasm, and desire to help others achieve more, shines through in his programs.
Elizabeth Johnson – Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West
Elizabeth Johnson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has been participating and competing in sports since age 4 and feels her background in a wide variety (from competitive running to ballet) has made her an effective personal trainer for whole body fitness at all levels. Elizabeth enjoys swimming, cycling, dance in all forms, yoga, boxing, and running. Additionally she is training for her very first triathlon this year and can already tell there will be more in her future.
Eric Bergstrom – Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West
Eric Bergstrom earned a Master’s Degree in Human Performance, with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also a Level 1 Weightlifting Coach through USA Weightlifting. Eric interned with the University of Florida’s strength and conditioning staff and had the opportunity to train athletes in football, swimming, and track & field. During his time at UF, he also worked with professional athletes and current Olympians in swimming and track & field. As a personal trainer, Eric has trained people from all backgrounds. He is motivated every day to help others achieve their fitness goals by redefining what they believe is possible. In his free time Eric enjoys running, boating, and spending time outside with family and friends.
Gene Hogoboom- Personal Trainer, Princeton Club West.
Gene has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He is a Certified Health/Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Gene has been a Personal Trainer for 30 years in the Fitness Industry. Gene enjoys weight training, running, biking, triathlon and tennis, as well as, woodworking, remodeling and photography.
Crystal Harvey- Personal Trainer, Princeton Club East
Crystal Harvey has been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years and has a lifetime of experience in athletics, health and Jitness. Crystal grew up playing volleyball in her home state of California. She was recruited to play at Bridgewater State in Massachusetts where she set two records; most aces in a single game and most aces in a season. Needless to say, Crystal is a perfectionist and will make it her number one goal to ensure that all of her clients have perfectly designed workouts during each and every session. Crystal developed her passion for training during her collegiate career by helping her team stay in shape during the off season. During this time she developed the ability to design sport specific training programs for each of the players on her team. As Crystal developed in her Personal Training career however, her passions have grown to a much broader spectrum. She is a weight loss expert and has seen client after client reach goals that surpass their expectations. Crystal’s favorite success story is that of a 47 mother of three that went from 300lbs all the way down to just 180lbs and competed in her First half marathon! Michael Wilk-Group Training Director, Princeton Club East
MichaelWilk is the Group Training Director at the Princeton Club-East. He has been a certified personal trainer since 2005 through the nationally recognized training organization of the American Council on Exercise. In 2009, Michael discovered the power and functionality of TRX Suspension Training & Kettlebell, which lead to his certification as a certiJied TRX Suspension trainer. As a certified personal trainer & certified TRX Suspension trainer, Michael specializes in creating group-training sessions. He likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by participating in group-training sessions, which utilize the primary training tools and techniques of TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebell Training. Jeff is a rehab therapist and serves the Princeton Club as aWellness and Fitness Educator. Jeff teaches nutrition, cardio, resistance training and life balance. Brad Ridout- Personal Trainer, Princeton Club East
Brad comes to the Princeton Club as a personal trainer with 5 years of experience throughout the state. He started as a trainer in the Milwaukee area with a focus on youth sports performance. Most recently, Brad ran his own personal training business in Northern Wisconsin where he trained a wide variety of clients. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise and has worked on several continuing education projects included courses in High Intensity Training, Fitness Assessment, Sports Conditioning, and Lifestyle and Weight Management. Brad’s personal passion is Fitness through strength training but has the ability and experience to work with clients with all types and ranges of goals. Jamie Steuart- Group Exercise Director and Group Personal Trainer, Princeton Club East
Jamie Steuart is a passionate Fitness leader who thrives on empowering others to strive to become in control of their bodies. She has over 10 years experience as a certified Fitness professional and has experience in many formats such as dance, gymnastics, kickboxing and TRX to name just a few. Jamie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance from UW-Whitewater and continues to attend yearly Fitness conferences to stay up to date on the latest Fitness trends. Jamie is also our Group Exercise Program Director at Princeton Club East. She enjoys seeing the positive effects of group training on individuals. She understands the importance of providing a well-balanced program for all Jitness levels and encourages members to find joy in exercise. Jamie is a wife, a mother of 3 and a small business owner. She understands how challenging it can be to balance health and Jitness with a busy lifestyle. Josh Thiermann- Personal Trainer, Princeton Club East
Josh Thiermann started his athletic career with the Princeton Club years ago and is excited for his journey to come full circle as he helps members accomplish their fitness goals; no matter how big or small.“It’s not what you achieve, it’s what you overcome.” Athletics have been a central part of Josh’s life since he was a young kid. In elementary school Josh started playing soccer with the Princeton Club’s team which launched an extremely long and successful career. Josh had the privilege of playing for UW Madison’s varsity soccer team where he served as team captain. From Argentina to Italy, Austria to Germany, then back to the States for an elite 8 and two sweet 16 appearances, Josh’s success has led him all around the world. While Josh is very familiar with athletic and physical highs, he has unfortunately had to experience the lows as well. Fighting numerous injuries and rehabbing after multiple surgeries, Josh has the personal experience that knows what it takes to overcome obstacles. Before joining the Princeton Club team Brad served as strength and conditioning coach for Clemson University and Missouri University respectively and also interned with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
