• Two water jugs or heavy dumbbells
• Canned goods/water bottles or light dumbbells
• Step

Your Workout:
Your Workout:
• Single leg deadlift – 10-15 reps each leg
• Single arm overhead press – 10-15 reps each arm
• Standing reverse fly • 10-20 reps
• Plank pull thru – 10-15 reps each arm
Complete 3-4 rounds.
Finisher:
• Elevated runners – 40 total
• Burpees – 10 reps
