Trainer Aaron is from Reedsburg, WI, and, after graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he spent six years in Air Force Special Operations. During Aaron’s time in the military, his love of sports and fitness grew, and he began to appreciate holistic approaches to increase human performance and limit injury. After his regular work duties and training, Aaron worked as a Physical Training Leader and a Unit Fitness Manager for four years with many different men and women within the military to improve fitness, performance, and injury prevention. During his time in the military, he studied instruction methodologies and psychology at American Public University.
After leaving the military, Aaron returned to Wisconsin and obtained a Personal Training Certificate through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. Aaron is great at adapting his instruction techniques to each person and tailoring physical exercise to the needs of the individual while emphasizing holistic approaches and mindset alterations. He hopes to help people reach their health and fitness goals, whether they be strength, weight management, conditioning, bodybuilding, or athletic and performance.
