Adam has worked with athletes and non-athletes of all ages and ability levels. He loves to help people change their life on their fitness journey by utilizing multiple styles of workouts, such as speed and agility training, HIIT training, and circuit training. Through his diverse experience, Adam is able to design individualized plans that are both challenging and enjoyable. Outside of the gym, Adam enjoys hiking, watching sports, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
