Personal Trainer Alex Grahn obtained his master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Concordia – Chicago after receiving his bachelor’s of science degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from UW Stevens Point. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The love for fitness goes all the way back to Alex’s early high school years playing multiple sports, spending a lot of time in fitness facilities, and then working hard to experience his own weight loss transformation a few years ago, losing 60 pounds! With his depth of education paired with his own transformative journey, Alex is equipped and excited to help YOU reach your goals no matter your fitness level!
Alex also has a strong history and passion for coaching and training athletes of a wide age range to enhance their athletic abilities and expedite their development. When not he’s not at the Princeton Club, Alex loves to watch and play sports, hangout with his friends and family, and be outdoors whenever possible with his wife.
