    Brandon believes in being the best version of yourself, and challenging your physical and mental abilities. Brandon has had a passion for fitness since childhood; being a three sport athlete in basketball, baseball and football continuing all three through high school. Constantly wanting to compete and get better has helped him study and learn many different aspects of training to keep things fresh and exciting.

    His experience in the fitness industry started in 2012 after receiving his International Sports Science Association certification and starting work as a personal trainer that year. With over 6 years of experience now, he has helped many people with a variety of different fitness goals. Whether you want to get in shape to compete in the Tough Mudder, shed unwanted fat, gain muscle mass, or get that pre-baby body back — Brandon is the man to help you achieve it. Every client’s program will be individualized to their needs and goals that they express.

    My greatest quality’s would be my passion and experience in training. In my workouts I incorporate Olympic lifting, high intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, and strength training. Working with different clients with many different types of personalities, goals and challenges has equipped me to be very flexible, and adjust to any client no matter what their goals are. But the most important thing is that I love this profession. I love seeing my clients and working with them; it never gets old. I love seeing their progression.
