Brittany has had a long-time passion for health in multiple disciplines. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, she became a labor and delivery nurse for nine years. Brittany loves making a positive impact on people’s lives and improving the experience of what each person is facing. She is excited to now alter the way she serves people and is dedicating herself to help others with their mindset, habits, and routines to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Athletics have been an integral part of Brittany’s life from early on, with starting soccer, softball, and year-round competitive basketball at the age of five years old. Brittany’s father piqued her interest in weight lifting during her high school years. He showed her the incredible impact that weight lifting can have to keep you in top shape for athletic performance. Starting as a member at the Princeton Club in middle school, Brittany has continued to thrive in her fitness and athletic goals ever since.
Brittany’s passion for fitness continued to grow into adulthood, leading her to earn her ACE Certification in Personal Training. She believes incorporating fitness into your daily routine is not only vital for a healthy lifestyle, but can truly be fun!
