Caitlin is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Specialist who earned her certifications through the International Sports Science Association. Before finding her place in the fitness industry, Caitlin worked in the health care field assisting nursing home, memory care, and in home patients with physical challenges. It was here that she found her love for helping people and the desire to encourage them, no matter their fitness level, to live life to the fullest and healthiest.
Learning softball at the age of six, she continued playing into high school. She not only excelled in softball, but she also committed herself to volleyball, in which she also played all four years. Sports and fitness had started to play a major role in Caitlin’s eagerness to live a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. It wasn’t until becoming a member of the Princeton Club, however, that she discovered her passion for weight training and the desire to increase her strength and become strong not skinny.
Caitlin has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Through structured routines for each individual and focusing on proper form, she can assist in a variety of different fitness goals. She has worked with numerous clients with a variety of health issues like Parkinson’s, sciatica, and fibromyalgia. In addition, Caitlin has helped clients rehab after knee surgery, working closely with their physical therapist. From weight loss to muscle gain, injury prevention, flexibility and stability, or just a desire to feel better, Caitlin’s goal is to help you achieve your goals!
When she’s not training clients, Caitlin enjoys activities like biking, camping, stand up paddle boarding, and spending time with family.
