    Carol is a 15+ year veteran of the fitness industry. She has received her certifications in Peak Pilates Mat and Reformer, as well as through NESTA as a Personal Trainer and Sport Yoga instructor. Carol also is a Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and Body Image lecturer. She has worked with all ability levels, and is specialized in healthy weight management, rehabilitation, strength and endurance training. Her approach begins with helping her clients understand their overall body composition, how to set realistic goals, and creating a personalized program to reach those goals. Her love is to motivate and support clients in setting and reaching their goals, with fun and challenging workouts. She understands the need for incorporating fitness along with a healthy lifestyle to keep up with a busy work and family life.

    Carol has completed 2 Tough Mudder Obstacle Courses, ran a Ragnar Relay, multiple half marathons and 10K’s. In July 2017 Carol suffered a major accident when zip-lining. She broke her pelvis in 5 places and was hospitalized. After being told it would take her 6-9 months to recover and learn to walk unassisted, Carol was determined to prove how rehabilitative exercise (under supervision) and living a healthy lifestyle can affect recovery time. Within 10 weeks Carol was back doing what she loved. Now with an even greater passion and desire, Carol is able to show and motivate others how to set and reach goals

    Carol recently moved to Madison from Wickenburg, Arizona. Carol and her husband have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.
