Courtney BoakStrength and Rehab Specialist

    Courtney graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science with an emphasis in physical therapy and a minor in Spanish. She is driven to help people reach their physical aspirations through individualized programming. Courtney is a certified fitness instructor through the NSCA. As part of Courtney’s journey within the fitness world, she was a Physical Therapy Aide helping therapists with a wide range of patients including children with disabilities, as well as adults after surgery where she learned that proper technique and form plays a vital role in performing daily activities.

    Courtney has been swimming competitively for 16 years, including four years as a NCAA collegiate athlete at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. After graduating from college, she transitioned into a triathlete. Through these experiences, she has learned the importance of time management for staying healthy and active both in and out of sports. When she is not in the gym, she loves spending her time skiing, hiking and traveling with friends and family.

    Courtney has great passion and energy for helping others achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall gym experience. Health and fitness should be something everyone looks forward to and embrace the time for self-improvement.
