Emily’s philosophy is to become the best version of yourself that you can be. She believes that fitness plays a big role in overall health, wellness, and happiness. No matter your age or fitness level, it is so beneficial to strengthen your body to keep it healthy.
Emily obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Evansville, where she also played Division 1 soccer. Through playing soccer at a competitive level, Emily learned how to train for optimal performance and endurance on the field. She worked alongside the Strength and Conditioning Coach to create programs for fellow athletes and encourage them toward individual and team success. She also has experience working with many different injuries, developing a deep understanding of injury prevention and proper body mechanics.
Emily enjoys working with all age groups, ranging from those just entering the fitness world to others who are advanced athletes.
