Hannah is a personal trainer at Princeton Club Xpress McFarland. She is excigted to help you succeed and live a healthier lifestyle. His priority is focused on the individual’s personal growth, and he is known for curating uniquie training sessions catered to his client’s needs.
Hannah graduated from Winona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Coaching minor. Throughout all her schooling, Hannah played many sports. It was in her high school weight room during her volleyball and basketball season that Hannah really discovered her deep passion for fitness. Coaching a few basketball seasons only added to that! With fitness in mind, Hannah knew she wanted to pursue an education and career in helping bring fitness and wellness to those around her.
Upon graduation from college, Hannah completed an internship at Princeton Club West. There she gained first hand experience of putting her education into practice and creating a wide depth of training programs for clients of all ages. Hannah loves creating customized training programs and sessions that are geared toward you and accomplishing your goals. She knows how important being active and exercising regularly is to your health, and how it can be used to combat and prevent many health issues. With her knowledge and background, Hannah is ready to help you make your goals a reality, and live a healthier lifestyle.
When Hannah isn’t at the Princeton Club helping her clients or working out, you can usually find her enjoying outdoor activities with her friends and family!
