Henry is from West Michigan and has been working as a fitness trainer since 2010. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through his experience as a personal trainer he has worked to inspire and motivate clientele of various backgrounds with a variety of fitness goals. He enjoys developing workouts that include strength, core training, and high intensity cardio in order to help others meet their health and fitness goals. While working as a sports performance coach, Henry helped high school and collegiate athletes increase their strength, power and speed.
Most recently Henry worked at a physical therapy clinic as a rehabilitation specialist where he helped people recover from chronic and acute injuries. With Henry’s help, they were able to reestablish proper function and mobility of shoulders, knees, hips and spine. Due to his extensive background working in different fields of fitness, sports performance and healthcare, Henry takes a holistic approach with his client’s training. Through his passion for fitness and empowering others, he is able to help his clients improve their health and achieve their fitness goals while remaining pain free and injury free. He prides himself in being a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys golfing, cooking, and hiking in his free time.
