Jake graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise and Movement Science, and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE).
Jake’s passion for health and fitness began at a young age by competing in high school athletics, and it continued to grow through college as he competed on the Wisconsin Men’s Rowing team. He hopes to continue his education and go on to be a physical therapist.
Jake has experience working with people of all ages, from children to older adults. He also has experience with people that have physical or mental disabilities, as well as with people of all fitness levels. Jake loves to train people with all types of goals and enjoys helping them find success! Jake likes to keep his workouts interesting by having many styles of workouts like sport specific training, weight training, and high intensity training.
In his free time, Jake enjoys playing/watching sports, weight lifting, and indulging in any outdoor recreational activity you can think of.
