Jamie Steuart is a passionate fitness leader who thrives on empowering others to strive to become in control of their bodies. She has over 10 years experience as a certified fitness professional and has experience in many formats such as dance, gymnastics, kick boxing and TRX to name just a few. Jamie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance from UW-Whitewater and continues to attend yearly fitness conferences to stay up to date on the latest fitness trends.
Jamie is also our Group Exercise Program Director at Princeton Club East. She enjoys seeing the positive effects of group training on individuals. She understands the importance of providing a well-balanced program for all fitness levels and encourages members to find joy in exercise. Jamie is a wife, a mother of 3 and a small business owner. She understands how challenging it can be to balance health and fitness with a busy lifestyle. Originally from the West, Jamie enjoys hiking, family, running, crafting and loves to laugh and not take life too seriously. “It feels better to laugh at life than to cry.”
