Jessica WalkerPersonal Trainer Princeton Club West

    Jessica graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater with a B.S.E in Health and Human Performance and a Minor in Health Promotion. With a background in dance and yoga, her passion for health and fitness started at a young age. Jessica started her career in 2012 by getting her Personal Training Certification through ACE and began Personal Training and teaching a large range of Group Fitness classes at UW-Whitewater her Freshman year of college. Bringing out her “yogi” self, she has always found it important for her clients to have proper form, flexibility, balance, mobility and a strong core base to work as building blocks for success.

    Jessica is also a TRX Certified Trainer and loves incorporating the TRX in her workouts, she had previously taught a TRX-Yoga Fusion class in a studio in Downtown Madison. She has worked with a large variety of clients all of which have had different health and fitness goals –weight loss, strength gain, muscle building, core strengthening, increase balance and mobility, cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility, weight gain… you name it! Jessica works to create a program for each individual client specific to their goals –making sure to keep variety and her creativity in each session to make your fitness journey fun yet challenging.

    Originally from a suburb of Chicago, but truly meant to be a Wisconsin-ite, Jessica is excited to be in Madison! She makes a point to lead by example keeping an active lifestyle and challenging herself in her own workouts. Jessica has completed an Indoor Ironman, enjoys being outdoors –camping, kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing –and you can always catch her dancing!
