Josh is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a vision and passion for fitness. Being involved in martial arts since he was a teenager, Josh has hands-on experience with self-improvement through fitness, and gained an appreciation for a healthy lifestyle. He has learned discipline, commitment, and strength, all due in part to his participation in everything exercise and fitness related. Currently he is pursuing a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Having a great depth of experience working with individuals from all levels of fitness backgrounds, from competitive athletes to novices, Josh is equipped to build a personalized fitness program based on your needs and goals. As a fitness professional, Josh wants to provide the optimum environment for positive health outcomes, and the safety for his clients to pursue their fitness goals.
Josh is also the manager at Princeton Club Xpress McFarland.
You can find Josh working or lifting at the Club, pursuing his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or slaying on the electric guitar. He looks forward to helping YOU along your journey to creating your better tomorrow!
