Kyle SchroederPersonal Trainer Princeton Club West

    Kyle Schroeder obtained his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Since graduating, he has continued to pursue his desire for knowledge in the health and fitness industry by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He is also TRX certified and a certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf fitness instructor.

    He aspired to seek a career in the field from an early love of sports and athletics. Kyle was a three sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, and baseball, and was a Varsity Captain on both the basketball and baseball teams. Kyle’s previous experience comes from working with patients as an exercise specialist in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic, helping him gain a vast knowledge of the corrective and rehabilitative process post injury.

    Kyle’s focus addresses stability, mobility, posture, and balance as a way to progress a client to their future goals. This approach helps decrease the chances of musculoskeletal injury, and increases a client’s ability to gain strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health and well-being. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or increase cardiovascular health, Kyle will work with you to create a functional and individualized exercise program that fits your needs!

    His passions, while outside the gym, include golfing, playing basketball, and cheering on the Badgers and Packers. He is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He enjoys music, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
