Lamar White is a firefighter, Marine, hobby farmer, sports fan, and fitness enthusiast. His day doesn’t feel complete until he’s been to the gym, where you will see him daily practicing what he preaches about fitness.
Lamar was on the football, basketball and track team throughout high school. He then went on to pursue his Criminal Justice degree. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 2009 and is still serving in the military reserves. Lamar gained his passion for fitness shortly after joining the Marines and is excited to share his knowledge with anybody willing to listen. He excelled in Marine Corps Martial Arts and earned his instructor tab 5 years ago.
Lamar moved to Wisconsin to take his dream job working for the fire department. He loves his job as a firefighter because he enjoys helping people. Naturally, that translates into also helping people physically; achieving their desired health and fitness level which will enable them to live the life they want to live.
Lamar’s favorite success story, “When I helped a good friend/military member who almost got kicked out for being overweight. After much encouragement he started working out with me and two months later he didn’t have to worry about not being able to do what he loved. He was down 40lbs and has kept the weight off ever since.”
