Matthew has been employed by the Princeton Club since 2004 and his passion for health and fitness led him to become a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Science Association). Matthew was a Varsity Football player in high school and is passionate about running, strength training and an avid golfer. Through his love for golf, he has found he really enjoys the challenge of helping people train their bodies for optimum performance in their sports. Living a very healthy lifestyle, Matthew is very conscious of healthy eating and has an extensive knowledge of supplements. His versatile style of training is adjusted to meet individual needs. Whether someone wants to increase muscle mass, lose weight or improve performance in their sport, Matthew can take you to the next level.
