As a strength and conditioning coach, she taught junior agility classes, junior strength classes, and adult boot camps. Through her volunteering with the Adapted Fitness program, she learned how to adapt workout programs to any injury or physical/mental disability.

One of her favorite parts of personal training is seeing the mental benefits as much as the physical ones. She strongly believes that exercise can provide a boost in mood, attitude, and overall quality of life.
