Mike Onsrud has been a personal trainer and physical therapist assistant since 2015. Mike’s goal as a health and fitness professional is to educate and guide his clients to be the best versions of themselves and ultimately improve longevity and quality of life.
Mike has trained and rehabilitated collegiate athletes, adaptive fitness athletes, fitness competitors, and grandparents; in addition to working through a plethora of injuries to accomplish any goal. Mike’s experience across a vast array of populations allows him to tailor an exercise program to your specific needs.
Mike is a proud Madisonian, growing up on the East side not too far from this club! Mike enjoys cooking elaborate meals, karaoke, practicing martial arts, playing basketball, soccer, and cheering on his beloved Packers and Liverpool Football Club.
