Nic is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and an emphasis in Fitness. During his time spent in La Crosse, he coached youth football, track and field, and assisted with coaching high school strength and conditioning. When he is not training in the gym, Nic enjoys staying active outdoors with activities such as fishing, hiking, and rock climbing.
Nic puts a large focus on helping his clients enjoy their training and get excited about their workouts. He uses a variety of training techniques depending on the specific goals and improvements his clients seek. He has experience working with all ages and abilities, including osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and brain damage.
Nic has found success in training for core, balance, full body strength, and weight loss; helping one of his clients lose 50lbs in just under five months. He has also found success working with athletes ages 16-40 on strength, explosive, and plyometric training specific to their sport.
Nic believes that individualized programming, motivation, and accountability are essential factors in reaching your health/fitness goals.
