Rachel GregoryDirector of Personal Training and Body Transformation Specialist

    Rachel is our Director of Personal Training and believes in pushing your physical abilities to find new challenges as well as a new definition of what it means to be  “in shape” for yourself. Rachel’s passion for fitness began at a young age through a variety of sports including soccer,  basketball, softball, swim, and triathlons. She has not only learned how to train for these events through the years, but  continuously challenges herself by finding new methods of training which has helped her medal several times in triathlons.

    Her experience in the fitness industry continued to grow during college where she volunteered for the La Crosse Exercise and Health Program in which she got to work with cardiac rehabilitation patients. During college Rachel also became a  belayer specialist for an outdoor ropes course, as well as a certified Sports Performance Coach in Olympic weight-lifting.  She then graduated from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Fitness. Understanding the many levels of what it means to be healthy and fit has given Rachel such a great variety of clientele.

    Rachel’s passion for helping people pursue a healthy lifestyle continues to grow everyday as she works with a variety of members who are trying to change their lives. She is eager to use her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goal of becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
