Riley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. During this time, she found a passion for fitness, where she could channel her own stress and anxiety into bettering herself mentally and physically. This led her to pursue her personal training certification through NASM, along with two specialties in corrective exercise and fitness and nutrition also through NASM.
Riley began working for Princeton Club Fitchburg as a personal trainer in January of 2019. A long-time member herself, she was right at home with the staff and her clients. Since then, she has gone on to obtain her master’s in forensic psychology and continues to take advantage of educational opportunities as they are presented.
In her free time, Riley loves spending time with her many coworkers and grabbing a bite to eat, getting nails done, or heading up north! She also enjoys curling up on the couch with her two kitties, Squid and Murray, and a good book.
A quote she lives by: “Empowered women, empower women”.
“I’m so lucky to be surrounded by talented, driven, like-minded women, every day. They have become some of my dearest friends and are inspirations.”
