Taylor is a personal trainer at Princeton Club Xpress Cottage Grove, McFarland and Monona. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Movement Science and a certificate in Global Health from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
During his time at UW Madison, Taylor interned at Princeton Club for a class and really enjoyed being able to help people discover what they were capable of and open them to so many possibilities in life by leading a healthy lifestyle. He loved how the Princeton Club is a
top notch health and fitness club that provides great facilities and equipment for its members and trainers to crush their goals, and knew he wanted to be part of it in his career.
Growing up as a three sport athlete – playing football, golf and wrestling in high school – Taylor knew from a young age he wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. Taylor always enjoyed working out year round to help best prepare to be the best athlete possible, and knew he wanted to be the person who helped athletes and individuals grow to be better inside and outside of the gym. After high school, Taylor went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Movement Science and certificate in Global Health from UW Madison. He has a strong background in physique and bodybuilding training, athlete performance, weight loss, and overall body health transformations.
Being actively involved in my community is important to Taylor, and working with a wide variety of people at Princeton Club gives him the opportunity to do just that. It’s important to Taylor to be knowledgeable in a variety of areas and not just a master at one. Academic success taught him to focus on what’s important, while sports has enlightened him on what hard work, dedication, and teamwork can do in helping achieve personal and professional goals, while also assisting others in achieving their goals.
Taylor is extremely passionate about making a positive, long-lasting impact in the lives of others. He enjoys helping people and being a part of their journey towards becoming a better individual, and a better athlete. Are you ready to get started?!
