Fit & Focused (F12)

Seasonal

F12 is a 12-week fitness contest designed to help you stay on track with your fitness and build sustainable lifestyle habits. This program is the evolution of our former weight loss program and a great fit for a variety of personal fitness goals. We design workouts that will challenge you and progress you toward the fitness goals you aspire to achieve.

MetCon

On Hiatus - Looking for New Members

This is a conditioning program that blends strongman, powerlifting and high-intensity interval training principles for the purpose of strength-building, fat-torching and fun.

Crazy Core

Looking to improve your core strength and develop greater abdominal definition? The first half of this one-hour class will focus on heavier compound exercises to improve the function and stability of the core. The second half of class will be fast-paced cycling of core exercises designed to shape your midsection. Your abs will be burning and your mettle tested. All are welcome!

Pulse

No matter your fitness level, this fun, fast-paced interval bootcamp will change you and help you accomplish your fitness goals. These 45-minute classes are a great way to get your heart rate up and get those muscles burning.

TRX

Make your body the machine! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This one hour class will challenge you in ways that other traditional strength training doesn’t.

Active Aging

This class is geared for individuals ages 55 and older who want to stay active and work on functional fitness and balance! Come learn a variety of sustainable strength and conditioning exercises to keep your body moving appropriately. Exercises can be adjusted or modified to fit your specific needs!

Foundational Iron

Ready to get down? Learn underused barbell techniques that lead to big gains in strength and stability through low-weight, high-repetition training with mastermind Clay Callen. This class meets two times per week. Participants are expected to attend both days.
