A relaxation focused massage using broad circulatory strokes and light to moderate pressure.
- Deep Tissue and Trigger Point
This type of massage focuses on sore areas to loosen muscles and uses a stronger pressure than Swedish.
Sports massage is best paired with athletic training to prevent injury and allow you to perform maximally. Passive stretching is often involved so wear stretchy/loose-fitting clothing.
- Myofascial Release
This type of massage is for injury recovery and repetitive stress pain. Myofascial massage works with connective tissue and is very helpful for improving flexibility and range of motion.
This massage addresses the usual areas of pain in pregnancy and helps diminish swelling in the limbs.
A gentle technique that involves manipulation of the head to affect the whole body.
- Hot/Cold Stone
Hot/Cold Stones can be added to any length of massage with the benefits of increased relation as well as muscle loosening and tension release.
- Thai Massage
This type of massage is a full, deep body treatment which includes both stretching of the joints and muscles, and compression by various means (hands, thumbs, feet, knees) along energy lines and muscle groups. This is done on a mat with the recipient clothed. A typical full body treatment is 90 minutes although can be used for shorter specific work.

Jennifer is a certified massage therapist from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy. She specializes in Swedish Massage for increased blood flow with relaxation along with better functioning of the immune system. The techniques she uses can also decrease any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing. It is important for Jennifer to improve the overall wellness for each client she proceeds with massage therapy. Jennifer is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Diane O‘Meara is a 1999 graduate of Blue Sky Massage of School and is licensed by the state of Wisconsin. She specializes in Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Trigger Points and Neuromuscular Therapy. Diane‘s massages are uniquely designed to meet each client’s needs. She is a member of Associated Bodyworks & Massage Professionals.
Adrianna Stephens graduated from the Madison College School of Therapeutic Massage. She specializes in deep tissue, lymphatic, specific, and prenatal massage. Her main goal is to release tension, pain relief, as well as improve circulation. Adrianna is a member of Associated Bodyworks and Massage Professionals.
Kayla Stroud graduated Rockford Career College in 2013. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Therapeutic Massage. Kayla has a unique background in taping techniques, as well as a specialized clinical approach to help fit her clients’ needs. Kayla is a member of the American Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Love this place. Have been a member for going on 5 years and have been satisfied with their excellent facilities and service. My kids love the teachers at the kids club - they actually engage in activities with them. My son has been going there since infancy and they were so patient when he was first reluctant to go. I joined about four months ago for two years to start. I had used the facility about three years ago for physical therapy with UW so I knew what to expect. Three times a week I go to swim classes in the early mornings, do my physical therapy in the resistance pool ahead of time and enjoy the whirlpool after my classes. When the weather cools down I will add some walking and perhaps a yoga class to my schedule. I like meeting new friends and knowing that every time I go there will be friendly faces to greet me and EXCELLENT trainers leading my classes.
