Personal Trainer

As the largest health club in Madison, our goal is to assist our members and employees to reach their full potential in and out of the gym. We are currently looking for high energy, motivated individuals with a passion for fitness and helping others! Personal Trainer Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Punctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or staff meetings
  • Passionate about fitness and coaching others with purpose while providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
  • Knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and basic exercise science
  • Conducts Fitness Assessments
  • Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
  • Member service oriented and possesses outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to design exercise programs tailored to the needs of specific clients/goals
  • Ability to demonstrate and teach exercises while providing feedback on technique
  • Understands the importance of maintaining accurate and current client files
  • Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity and personal health and fitness
  • Attends mandatory and optional staff training classes
  • Promotes and sells personal training programs and services
  • Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

Job Requirements: * Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge (short grace period is offered)

  • Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification (short grace period is offered) or 4-year degree related to Health and Wellness or Exercise Science

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping department at Princeton Club has an opening for a hardworking, experienced, and dependable worker. We serve a wide variety of people here at the club and offer our members several amenities, which means your work load will change from day to day. We do, however, have consistent daily tasks that need to be completed. Advancement is possible to a supervisory position or full time if you perform well. This is a great opportunity for motivated professionals who want steady employment in the housekeeping industry.

Responsibilities would include:

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, showers, mirrors, windows, gym equipment, etc.)

Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

1 or more years of work experience as a cleaner

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Be able to follow detailed instruction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
