Biggest Loser Contest

The Biggest Loser is designed for you to lose weight in a safe, efficient, but most importantly, sustainable manner. Over the 6 or 12 week program, you will be challenged in both the physical and mental realms through customized group workouts, as well as weekly educational challenges to help set you on the right path for your fitness journey.

Whether you are trying to lose weight for the first time or looking to lose those last couple of pounds, our program will be of great benefit to you!

Members and Non-Members Welcome!

How it works

  1. Choose from one, two, or three groups to train per week.
  2. All participants must come to the initial weigh-in Saturday, February 8th.
    • The weigh-in process will begin at 10am.
    • Weight will be taken and pictures are optional.
    • Location: West Side Club
  3. Participants must go to the final weigh-in Saturday, April 26th at 10am at the West side club.
  4. Weigh in once a week with your trainer.
  5. Optional challenges will be presented to you in class to complete by the following week (Weeks 3, 6, and 10)
    • You will be put into a prize raffle if you show your completed challenge to a trainer by the challenge deadline
  6. Male and Female winners are determined by highest percentage of weight lost.

Members

  1. Use your Princeton Club login credentials to login to the Member Portal.
  2. From the Member Portal, click ‘Register for Classes’
  3. Navigate to “Biggest Loser”
  4. Choose which sessions in which to register.
  5. Navigate to the top of the page and click on ‘Cart’ to check out.
