The Biggest Loser is designed for you to lose weight in a safe, efficient, but most importantly, sustainable manner. Over the 6 or 12 week program, you will be challenged in both the physical and mental realms through customized group workouts, as well as weekly educational challenges to help set you on the right path for your fitness journey.
