Exercise is a celebration of our abilities.
Diana believes that movement is a joy, and she wants to spread that joy to other people. Her goal is to make exercise into an invigorating, confidence-building, life-changing experience for each person she meets.
Diana has worked in fitness for seven years, and before that she taught partnered swing dancing for five years. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, and is also certified in TRX, with a special focus in TRX for Runners and Cyclists.
She specializes in training using bodyweight resistance, such as floor core work; pull-up bar exercises; and suspension training.
Her goal is to teach others how to get a thorough, well-rounded workout using minimal equipment, so that they can bring their
fitness routine along wherever they go.
Diana firmly believes that there is always something you can do, no matter what physical challenges you may be facing. Her hobby is to design fitness routines for people that bring out their strengths and allow them to feel good about themselves.
Outside of the gym, Diana spends her time practicing martial arts, reading aloud to her three children, and homebrewing kombucha.
