Matthew is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Growing up playing competitive travel soccer, Matthew developed a strong foundation in athletics and teamwork. During college, he discovered weightlifting, which sparked a passion for strength training and overall fitness that continues to drive him today.
Having personally experienced the challenges of gaining weight and building muscle, Matthew brings empathy and understanding to his coaching. He specializes in creating tailored fitness programs designed to help clients achieve their individual goals, whether it’s gaining muscle, improving athletic performance, or enhancing overall well-being.
When he’s not in the gym, Matthew enjoys bouldering, improving his golf game, and exploring new ways to stay active. His mission is to help others unlock their full potential and achieve success in their fitness journeys.
