Jacob is a NASM certified personal trainer with a background as a licensed physical therapist assistant. He believes fitness should add to your life, not take it over. Drawing from both rehab and performance settings, he helps people build strength, move better, and feel more at home in their bodies without overcomplicating the process. Outside the gym, you will likely find him in the sunshine with a good book, playing soccer, lifting, or out for a run. His goal is to help you find what works for you and make the journey feel doable and maybe even enjoyable.
