Yolah Monyonko is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and passionate cyclist who helps beginners build strength, confidence, and consistency through science-based fitness. Originally from Kenya, she started her career as a finance professional but found her true calling in fitness while transforming her own health and lifestyle. She knows firsthand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and motivated, and that journey inspired her to help others overcome the same obstacles.
Yolah specializes in body re-composition and creating sustainable programs that help clients build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve mobility and flexibility. Her approach is friendly but focused. She’ll meet you where you are, push you past your limits, and keep you accountable every step of the way.
