What if I have to miss a week?
- If you have a conflict during one of your group workouts, you can drop in on another group workout that fits your schedule. The group schedule can be found here.
Will my weight be visible to everyone?
- No. The standings posted will only show total percentage of weight lost.
How difficult are the group workouts?
- Our Trainers are professionals at customizing workouts to each individual. They will push you to the level that is appropriate for you. It will be difficult, but anything worth doing takes effort!
What if I have pre-existing injuries?
- Before the contest begins, be sure to let your Trainer(s) know what pre-existing injuries you have. They will be sure to give you modifications as needed!
