Warm Water Resistance Current Training Pools

These pools have adjustable currents that allow individuals of all abilities to swim or a walk against the current for a spectacular workout session. From members doing rehab to Olympic athletes continuing their elite training, everyone loves the low impact training these pools allow. The 90 degree water helps increase flexibility and reduce muscle or joint pain.

Steam Rooms
