People join the Princeton Club with a variety of goals and our Personal Training Staff is here and ready to help you achieve! Our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and educated with nationally recognized certifications. In addition, we offer an array of solutions for people to get to their goals, including two complimentary training sessions for members each year. Our trainers have helped thousands of our members to lose weight, build strength, recover from injury, train for sports, functionally train and more.
Whether you are brand new to working out, an elite athlete, or somewhere in-between, our trainers are educated, equipped and dedicated to creating a personalized fitness plan to help you succeed and reach your goals.
