Amanda is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise with a specialization in strength and functional training. Amanda has over a decade of experience between powerlifting, functional strength training, and coaching. She designs effective, personalized programs that empower clients to achieve lasting results.

Her fitness journey began at 14 as a competitive powerlifter that evolved into a coaching career focused on long-term client success. Since starting personal training in 2018 at UW-Whitewater and joining the Princeton Club in 2021, Amanda has built strong, lasting relationships with clients of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

She has extensive experience supporting individuals managing chronic illness, injury recovery, and other health challenges—helping them regain strength, confidence, and control over their well-being. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, Amanda brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to behavior change and sustainable progress.
