Annie is a native of Racine, WI, where she maintained an active lifestyle through her participation in sports and contributions to her family’s farm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and gained valuable experience working in the orthopedic industry for several years before transitioning into education. After spending a decade in upstate South Carolina, she has returned to her roots in Wisconsin.
With over 10 years of experience as a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Precision Nutrition coach, she’s all about making fitness fun and accessible for everyone. Her passion lies in supporting beginners, baby boomers, special populations, and anyone looking to build confidence in the gym.
She specializes in helping clients uncover their true potential, move better in everyday life, and build strength to prevent injuries. Building relationships with her clients is one of her core beliefs. She aims to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere where clients feel valued yet challenged. Helping her clients transform inspires her own journey of growth.
When she’s not in the gym, you might catch Annie hiking a scenic trail or mountain biking through the great outdoors. She’s also a proud sports mom, often found behind the camera snapping action shots of her teenage sons on the hockey rink and basketball court.
