Chelsey’s love for Pilates started at a young age while dancing for the University of Cincinnati and the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals. Chelsey’s Masters Degree in Injury Prevention taught her how Pilates can help athletes of all kinds. Chelsey uses the 6 principles of Pilates to help her clients specialize in sport performance, prenatal/ postnatal therapy, or injuries such as osteoarthritis or osteoporosis. She will help the body heal or maintain a fun and enjoyable workout routine for all ages.
