Craig is living proof of this truth. Just a few years ago he never thought he would become a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor in his retirement years. His secret is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. That crucible will shape positive results.

Craig is certified through The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been a member of The Princeton Club for nearly 40 years. He trained with personal trainer for more than 5 years before becoming one himself, and he knows the impact a trainer has on setting and achieving goals.

Now Craig wants to help you build consistency, accountability and can be a support person to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals.

Besides strength training, Craig enjoys golf, biking, rucking and pickleball. He loves cooking healthy meals for family and friends. Craig and his wife, Julie, are now grandparents, and he is looking forward to having “Grandpa time.”
