Jill is an ACE-certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping clients achieve results that last. After losing 30 pounds and maintaining her progress for over two years, she understands firsthand what it takes to make sustainable, long-term changes—and now she’s dedicated to helping others do the same.
Her approach is rooted in strength training, habit-building, and personalized programming that meets each client where they are. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle growth, or improving overall fitness, Jill’s favorite part of the job is designing tailored workouts that deliver real results.
She is pursuing a degree in Nutrition at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has obtained specialized training in corrective exercise, senior fitness, behavior change, and program design. In her free time, Jill enjoys volleyball, pickleball, and setting PRs in the gym.
