Tianna has a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. Tianna has been involved in sports since a young age. She competed in basketball, soccer, and volleyball during her high school and college careers.

Tianna’s enjoyment of fitness led her to pursue her bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse, obtain her certification by the American Council on Exercise in group fitness training, as well as work with others to shadow and create training programs during her time at UW-Lacrosse. These combined experiences give Tianna the confidence that together we can reach your personal goals.

Tianna enjoys seeing the positive impact that working out has on a person’s life. Observing how it can improve their strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing is what helped inspire her to pursue a career in personal training. Tianna feels that it is amazing how you can make a difference in someone’s life by guiding them on their fitness journey.
