Clay truly believes in helping people find a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health, wellness and fitness for any age. He is extremely passionate about introducing fitness to those who are new to the fitness world, along with teaching his experience to those that have been in the game for a while. He attended Madison College where he received his degree in Fitness and Wellness. Clay is also ACE Certified and specializes in Functional Training.
Clay grew up in Burlington, Wisconsin where he was introduced to baseball at a young age and played it throughout high school. He is a devoted Milwaukee Brewers fan and is always excited to talk baseball with any fellow fans. He spent many years volunteering with the Special Olympics, teaching and coaching athletes with special needs. He and his wife are true beach bums who love camping, paddle boarding, and traveling. They often road trip and are always up for a good festival anywhere in the state!
