Kris Walter is the Princeton Club Xpress Regional Director, and Personal Trainer at Princeton Club Xpress Cottage Grove. He has been in the fitness industry for 20+ years as a fitness director, personal trainer, strength & conditioning specialist and coach. Kris is also an MX4 Master trainer for Matirx Fitness and is a big advocate for the power of continuing education. He loves sharing his passion for fitness and getting the chance to meet other people. His current certifications include Cooper Aerobic Institute Fitness Specialist; NASM CPT and Youth Exercise Specialist; ISSA CPT and TRX Suspension Training
Originally a farm boy from Ohio, Kris now lives in Lake Mills. When he’s not training, Kris loves to spend time with his wife and twins, Bennette and Braxton. He has been a high school football coach for 20+ years, and enjoys remodeling in his home and when he can. He also likes to hunt and fish.
