Full Body HIIT Workout #9 with Trainer Sabrina Belisle

 

Full body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout with zero equipment from Trainer Sabrina Belisle at Princeton Club West.
This circuit workout goes through 10 different exercises that you’ll do each for 1 minute intervals.

Length: 20-45 minutes

Equipment: None!

Workout:

  • Jumping Jacks – 1 minute
  • Squats – 1 minute
  • Reverse Lunges with Knee Drive – 1 minute
  • Lateral Lunges – 1 minute
  • Squat Hold with Abductions – 1 minute
  • Mountain Climbers – 1 minute
  • Superman with Arm Raises – 1 minute
  • Up and Down Plank – 1 minute
  • Crunches – 1 minute
  • Russian Twists – 1 minute
  • Repeat this series 2-4 times for a full 20-45 minute workout.
