• Dumbbells – At-home substitute water bottles or canned goods
• Bench (workout/garden/kitchen), sturdy coffee table or a couch/bed
Workout:
• Standing Triceps Extension – 20 reps
• Lying Triceps Extension – 20 reps
• Triceps Kickback – 20 reps
• Triceps Dip – 20 reps
Complete 3 sets of these four exercises.
