Indoor Tanning Any Time of Year. You can get a glowing tan – even during the Wisconsin winter. For your privacy and comfort, we offer two options at our fitness center. Tanning beds for those who choose to recline or tanning booths for those who would rather stand. (If you are claustrophobic a standing booth is the best option for you).
Strengthen Your Mind and Body. For low-impact exercise that strengthens your body and soothes your mind, try Yoga group training classes in the Mind and Body Studio. In Yoga you’ll learn breath control and body awareness as you strengthen you and improve your balance and flexibility. This class is perfect for older adults or those with health concerns (such as fibromyalgia, arthritis or sports injuries) that would benefit from the slow, fluid movements.
Spin your way to fitness at Princeton Club in Fitchburg! Out CFIe Studio Offers stationary bikes you can pedal at your own pace for an aerobic walkout like no other. You can exercise solo or participate with group classes that drive your heart rate to new heights within designated speed ranges. Whether you prefer a low impact workout at your own tempo — or a vigorous, high intensity spin — the benefits of cycling are numerous, Cycling pumps up your rate, increases your lung capacity, burns calories and strengthens your core. And With the indoor Cycle Studio at out health club in Fitchburg spinning is an exercise for all seasons!
Relax, refresh and rejuvenate at our Fitchburg location. We have the services and amenities you need, like hydromassage to melt away tension and relieve stiff aching muscles and joints. Hydromassage delivers waves of temperature controlled water along your spine, and you can pinpoint areas of stiffness or strain as you recline in the hydromassage chair. You remain fully clothed and dry as the gentle water travels up and down your back. Oun fitness center also offers sauna services in each locker room and a hot tub adjacent to the indoor pool.
Princeton Club – Fitchburg offers an exclusive workout area just for our women members. Located adjacent to the women’s locker room is a non-coed gym space furnished with free weights cardio training equipment. In addition to a women’s gym, our health club also offers well-maintained locker room and shower facilities with sauna, energetic group classes, personal training and onsite childcare.
