Olympic Style Lap Swimming Pool
Our 6 lane lap swimming pool is perfect for training. Swim laps to your hearts content. We also offer low impact water fitness exercise classes. The resistance of the water will soften the impact on your joints. This is the perfect workout to get the blood moving!

Warm Water Resistance Current Training Pool
This pool has an adjustable current that allows individuals of all abilities to swim or a walk against the current for a spectacular workout session.  From members doing rehab to Olympic athletes continuing their elite training,  everyone loves the low impact training this pool allows.  The 90 degree water helps increase flexibility and reduce muscle or joint pain.

Steam Room
The steam room aids in detoxification by creating an artificial fever. It speeds up circulation and body cell metabolism which causes toxic wastes to be expelled through the skin. Our Eucalyptus Aromatherapy will also help clear sinus congestion providing the utmost relaxing experience. This is a great way to complete your workout!

Sauna
The sauna’s amazing health benefits will strengthen your cardiovascular system. It is the safest, most effective way of eliminating stored toxins while detoxifying deeply into the body to improve your immune system. It will help sharpen your senses, relieve stress and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Whirlpool
Hydrotherapy, or warm water therapy, consists of three main healing ingredients: heat, buoyancy and massage. Together, they create an experience that is both relaxing and very healthy for our bodies. Warm water hydrotherapy on a regular basis provides physical health benefits that go much deeper than just relaxation. Water is so pure and simple, yet it can do the most amazing things!   • I joined about four months ago for two years to start. I had used the facility about three years ago for physical therapy with UW so I knew what to expect. Three times a week I go to swim classes in the early mornings, do my physical therapy in the resistance pool ahead of time and enjoy the whirlpool after my classes. When the weather cools down I will add some walking and perhaps a yoga class to my schedule. I like meeting new friends and knowing that every time I go there will be friendly faces to greet me and EXCELLENT trainers leading my classes. Before I joined I had mentally committed to the membership. Now I am physically committed! Thank you, Princeton Club!
